British soldiers are a pawn in politics, but then, isn’t any soldier that serves for his or her country.  Politics aside, you cannot label all soldiers in a nasty way.

What happened in Luton was out of order. Who knows what it must be like to have to peace keep and not know whether the person approaching you is a friend carrying goodwill and a smile; or a suicide bomber that is intent on taking you out?

Much has been said about our troops returning home. Let’s also remember the ones that never made it home…..

  1. Absolutely, Twining, I always remember my nephew Sean who we lost last June in Afghanistan.

  2. Annette. I was sorry to har of your loss. He will always remain alive in your heart.

  3. Absolutely Sgt. T.
